Nestled within the rugged beauty of Central Otago, this stunning Mason and Wales designed home celebrates raw materials and refined detailing in perfect harmony. The architectural palette features striking bagged schist and bold steel elements, softened by the warmth of natural cedar lining the kitchen ceilings.

Marchand's Saint-Tropez European oak flooring was chosen to balance and warm the minimalist, architectural aesthetic. Laid perpendicularly between the kitchen and dining areas, Saint-Tropez subtly defines each space while maintaining a cohesive flow throughout the home. Its soft honeyed tones bring a natural warmth to the bold Central Otago forms, enhancing the tactile interplay between stone, steel, and timber.

A seamless fusion of robust materials and understated elegance, this 365 square metre residence is a timeless example of Central Otago architecture elevated by Marchand's natural European oak.
