This four-townhouse development sits on a steep 842m² site in the heart of Central Wānaka, where the challenge of the terrain called for a clever, considered design solution. 360 Architecture delivered a thoughtful development scheme featuring split-level apartments that maximise both space and the natural topography of the site.

Marchand’s Bordeaux European oak flooring was the perfect fit to line the stairs and apartment interior floors. Its 20mm thickness provided the durability required for a relatively commercial-style development while also delivering a sense of warmth and refinement to the interiors. The seamless combination of smart architectural planning and premium finishes has resulted in a sophisticated, contemporary development that complements its Central Wānaka setting. 

Completed in late 2023, the project stands as a testament to considered design, quality materials, and functional elegance.
