Marchand Luxury Oak offers premium oak ceiling boards in NZ for interiors that want warmth, cohesion, and refined architectural detail. Designed in the same palette as our flooring and wall boards, our ceiling boards make it possible to carry one consistent oak language across the home. Elevating the fifth wall
A ceiling has a major influence on how a room feels, yet it is often treated as purely functional. Oak ceiling boards change that. They add depth, warmth, and visual interest, helping a room feel more complete and more considered. In open-plan living areas, hallways, bedrooms, and feature zones, timber ceilings can bring a quiet sense of luxury that transforms the overall atmosphere of the interior.
Designed to work with the full Marchand palette
Marchand ceiling boards are not standalone products. They are part of a complete oak interior system. Because they are developed in the same palette as our flooring, you can match colours across floors, walls, and ceilings while adjusting the board profile to suit each surface. This makes it easier to design interiors with continuity and confidence.
Thoughtful dimensions and proportion
Our standard wall and ceiling boards are:
-
120mm wide
-
12mm thick
-
2.4m long
At half the width of our 240mm flooring boards, they have been designed to feel visually connected to the rest of the Marchand range. This attention to proportion helps create a more resolved and architectural finish across the home.
Warmth and texture in design-led interiors
For projects wanting a deeper, moodier interior, we also offer our ceiling boards in Noir with a bandsawn finish. The combination of rich colour and textured surface creates depth, character, and a more dramatic architectural feel. Because of the bandsawning process, these boards need to be produced at a minimum thickness of 14/4mm.
A more complete interior finish
At Marchand, we believe the strongest interiors are the ones where the details work together. Ceiling boards allow a project to move beyond flooring alone and into a more complete expression of oak throughout the home. The result is a space that feels layered, calm, and intentionally designed.
