Marchand Engineered Oak Flooring complies as an alternative solution for kitchens and laundries with sanitary fixtures and appliances when installed according to our guidelines. This ensures adherence to E3/AS1 Amendment 7. We strongly advise against installing Marchand Engineered Oak Flooring in bathrooms. Due to the high moisture environment, bathroom installation can void the product warranty.
