Nestled within the stunning Wānaka landscape, the Lammermoor townhouse project celebrates refined contemporary design with a bold, yet understated aesthetic. This architectural gem harmoniously blends natural materials and clean lines, creating a space that feels both sophisticated and effortlessly inviting.

The exterior showcases beautifully bagged schist, a nod to the rugged textures of the surrounding Central Otago region, paired with sleek architectural detailing for a modern edge. Inside, a soft, minimalist palette comes to life through muted green tones in the kitchen and carefully curated styling that balances simplicity with personality.

Marchand Blanc Luxury Oak plays a defining role in this project’s identity. Used across the floors, its pale, natural European oak tones bring warmth and lightness to the interiors, enhancing the townhouse’s sense of openness. In a playful yet elegant touch, Blanc Oak was also used as the vanity bench in the powder room, introducing subtle texture and tying together the home’s cohesive, contemporary story.
